We are looking for a female young professional/student to share a newly renovated apartment . You will be sharing the master bedroom and bathroom with another. The bedroom is 15.5ft by 18.5 ft. It comes with a walk in closet and private patio. The room will have a divider to give more privacy. Unfortunately, we do not have any pictures because the apartment is still under renovation but we can send you videos of the apartments upon request!

1. over 1400 square feet
2. newly renovated with brand new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops
3. brand new stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher)
4. huge patio area (19ft by 15ft)
5. 10 minute bike ride to Stanford
6. walking distance to grocery stores, drug stores, and other shopping areas
7. Easy access to 101 and 280
8. Clean and quiet neighborhood

About us:
We are all female graduate students from Stanford and Palo Alto University. We are outgoing, flexible, clean, and active individuals. We have no pets nor do we smoke. We are looking for someone laid back and easy going to share this amazing apartment with us.
