I am looking to buy a Japanese car (Honda/Toyota/Nissan/Mazda) or Korean (Hyundai/Kia) car immediately. It should have a clean title and it should be either a 4 door sedan or a 5 door hatchback (Honda CRV being the only exception). It can be a cheap high mileage car (100K +) or a more expensive low mileage one (40K+) but I am unlikely to be interested in used cars > $12,000 unless the car is very new (2012/2013) and low mileage (<15K).
