I'm looking to join a clean respectful roommate in a 2B2B unit, willing to cover 60-65 % of the rent to subsidize your rent. if you have a unit or want to look together let me know.

What's important to me:

clean kitchen and shared area
communicating issues / problems clearly rather than passive aggressively.
being respectful to each other.

Amenities I want :

in unit washer and dryer.
preferably AC, but can live without depending on the location.
parking.
good / safe neighborhood.

I'm 31 yo male, working in a tech startup. I'm usually at office working or in my room chilling/ working, but also down to be friends and do activities together, getting food, watching a movie, going somewhere.
