Looking to take over your 2 BR lease—willing to pay finder’s fee

Hi everyone,
I’m moving across the country to start residency and am becoming increasingly desperate to find a great 2 BR for a good price (maybe from someone who got a great lease deal during Covid??). Happy to pay a $200 “finder’s fee” for being referred to the “right” apartment. I’m looking to either take over someone’s 2 BR lease, sublet, or immediately rent your 2 BR apartment, ideally in June or before July 1, but there may be some flexibility.

Preferred locations are downtown Menlo Park, downtown Palo Alto, or California Ave.

Excellent credit score, references, no pets, no smoking.
