We are a semi-retired married couple offering housing, for just the right person; someone who enjoys quiet and privacy, yet like the idea of sharing a house. It would be ideal for a graduate student, a visiting fellow, Stanford staffer, or a working professional.

Our house is in Redwood city ( edgecliff way), less than 8miles drive to Stanford campus.

We rent two bedrooms in our house. The two rooms come with one private adjacent bathroom, so you need to share it. The rent for a single bedroom is $1200, all utilities and wifi are included. You could rent both rooms or just one room.

The rooms are available from August 28.

The renter will also share most of the house with us, which include the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Also, free use of our good sized yard.

We have a small, loving dog.
