We are a semi-retired married couple offering housing, for just the right person. They must enjoy quiet and privacy, yet like the idea of sharing a house. It would be ideal for a graduate student, visiting fellow, or or a working professional.



We have 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. 



ONE OF THESE BEDROOMS IS AVAILABLE for a female renter. 



She will share exclusive use of the remaining parts of the upstairs level with another female renter. This includes one bathroom and a bright and cheerful living space. 

Both renters will also share most of the house with us, which include the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Also, free use of our good sized yard.


All utilities and wifi are included. 


We have a small, loving dog.
