We are a semi-retired married couple offering housing, for just the right person; someone who enjoys quiet and privacy, yet like the idea of sharing a house. It would be ideal for a graduate student, a visiting fellow, Stanford staffer, or or a working professional.

We rent three bedrooms in our house (women only). One of the bedrooms is available. This room comes with a semi-private adjacent bathroom.

The renter will also share most of the house with us, which include the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.

We are in a great neighborhood - less than a 5 minute walk to downtown Los Altos.

We have a small, loving dog.

The rent is $1350. All utilities and wifi are included.
