I have an attractive studio apartment in Escondido village available for sublet from July 1st until approximately the end of August (dates in August/early September are somewhat flexible). The apartment is located on the second floor, and its cool and shaded in the summer by trees. Comes fully furnished, with a double bed, full kitchen (cooking tools also available for your use) and a private bathroom. The rent is 2,000 for July and August/early September, plus part of the telecommunications fee.

Rent must be paid up front, with a damage deposit also required.
