Lyman Stanford Dorm Sublet/sublease June-September - $1,500 per month

Lyman 2B1B (this sublease is for one room only) on the 1st floor, carpet flooring, has good natural light. The building (and particularly my room facing West) is much cooler than the outside temperature, thus making AC unnecessary even when it's 95°F/35°C. Lyman is only a 5-minute bike ride to the quad, a 3-minute walk to the shuttle station, and particularly close to the science quad and the med school. It is very quiet with a lounge, a video game room, and a study/computer room in the public area. The apartment and my room are clean and furnished.

The available rental period would be June 10th to September. The apartment comes fully furnished, with clean cookware, sofas, a dining area, a microwave, a refrigerator, a rice cooker. There are a Twin-XL bed, a standing desk, a task chair, and a 4k monitor in my room, which you can use. See photos for more details. I can also lend you my bike for some extra deposit. Male roommate.

Rent: $1,500 per month. Utilities are included. The laundry is just outside of the building and is free of charge.
