Comes with charger. Everything works, its a solid and reliable. Passing it on since my college days are up. Damn good deal for student who wants something sturdy to write papers on/ browse web/ watch movies/ etc. for cheap. I'm selling because I want to get a minilaptop instead since I'm on the road.
