I will include a retail box copy of Leopard, which means you can upgrade to SnowLeopard for only $29 when it comes out soon. Note that the hard disk is significantly upgraded from the original shipping drive. I had a drive failure and replaced it quite recently with a brand new 250 GB drive. I will throw in an extra battery for the machine as well. With an extra battery you can go for 3.5 to 4 hours on a single charge, shut down the machine and swap batteries, and then get another 3.5 to 4 hours.
