I have this great LazyBoy couch that I no longer have a place for. Although I've had it for less than a year, it has been a really great couch for times when I had company sleeping over, it folds out into a queen sized bed with an inflatable mattress that is super comfortable. I'm also including the mattress, the inflatable unit, and the air pump so that it's ready to go (this is an extra ~$300 or so alone)
