Hello! I am a male Chinese postdoc at Stanford medicine. Looking for a long term lease from 26 August 2023 onwards.
Both full and shared accommodation are suitable for me. I am also looking for a roommate.

Near to Stanford Medicine (2 to 3 miles).
Individual bath
Kitchen and fridge
Internet
Laundry
Air condition and heating
$1000 to $1900 inclusive of utilities is acceptable

I am a quiet and clean person who does not drink, smoke or party.
Speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
