Private room opening up in house in mid-September (give or take a few days depending on when you need it). The lease goes until June 15. There are four other guys in their 20's living here. All are recent graduates of Stanford master's programs; one is currently working on a master's at Stanford.

It is a nice house in East Palo Alto right behind the Home Depot (and near Target, Cardenas, and IKEA). There is a footbridge right around the corner from the house which leads to Palo Alto, making for a manageable bike ride to campus. For example, it takes me about 20 minutes to bike to the engineering quad from the house (Google Maps says 22-23 minutes by bike). So, it's well-located for Stanford students.

All of the necessary amenities are at the house (large kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, parking in garage/driveway or on street nearby, washer/dryer).

Only other fees would be for utilities (gas, electricity, water, Wi-fi) and a security deposit of $960.

The tenant should be a mature, responsible, and respectful male. Important house rules are no smoking, no pets larger than a fish, and no overnight guests outside the occasional visit from family/friends.
