We are a group of 6 busy individuals with various backgrounds in the arts, education, environmentalism, finance and tech. We believe that a great house starts with great people and are looking for our new roommate to fill a private 1 bedroom with shared bathroom available March 1. The room fits a queen bed and has a closet, and the house is large with lot of storage space! We have a wonderful private backyard, pool and spa all located in an Emerald Hills mansion close to Redwood City.

The house is 6 bedrooms, 4 bath. The room for rent is upstairs, right next to the wide staircase. You would share a restroom with two other people.

House expenses are split in shortreckonings (web app), including bi-monthly maid service, water/gas/electricity, and internet, to roughly $150 a month.

A- Artist/ educator, loves day trips to the ocean and city. Enjoys yoga, hiking, baking and hosting dinner parties
N- Virologist/ Immunologist at Stanford University. Aspiring rower and artist. Loves spending time with roomates/friends for casual hangouts as well as fun nights in the city!
U- Engineer/Data scientist at a local startup. Aspiring gardener and programmer. Loves tinkering with stuff and fixing/breaking them.

You- Our newest housemate! Excited about community living and looking forward to being a proactive member of the household. Clean and respectful of shared and personal spaces in the house. Always up for fun weekend activities with fellow housemates.
