Congratulations potential housemate - you’ve just clicked on the ad for the coolest pad in the bay! We live in a funky retrofitted Los Altos mansion with a private pool, tennis court, and extensive yard area for us to relax.

Culture is really important to us. We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama free :) We give bonus points to high achievers :)

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. It's all about finding people that are a good fit. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don't like living in the house.
