I am looking for a roommate to share my spacious, two bedroom apartment in Menlo park since July 1st. The apartment is on the second floor overlooking a beautiful garden with mature trees.

It's located on Laurel St, near downtown Menlo park, Trader Joe's, etc. and only 5 min walking distance to the Menlo Park Caltrain Station and Marguerite shuttle (BOH). Bus lines run along El Camino are a few blocks away and bicycle paths all around.

About the room:
The master bedroom for rent is 14 x15' with a large closet and partly furnished with 2 night stands, 1 big dresser, 1 table, and 1 bookshelf.

Shared bathroom, and full kitchen privilege. The laundry room is just a few steps away, and no extra charges. Covered parking spot is also provided.

The living room is well furnished with dinner table, couch and TV, and no need to bring other furnitures for the common areas.

About you:
I'm looking for a no-drama roommate (prefer female), ideally Stanford affiliates, students, postdocs or working professionals, and wants a quiet and relaxing place to call home. You must have good credit history and pay bills on time. Someone who keeps the common areas clean, respectful, is into a healthy lifestyle would be ideal. Looking for one roommate only, occasional guest is ok with advanced notice.

The rent is $1100/month (including utilities + wifi) and the deposit is one month's rent.
