The location is fantastic, Palo Alto downtown, 10 min bike to Stanford, 15 min bike to engineering quad, 5 minute bike to Palo Alto transit station. Furniture (bed and mattress) are available to buy if you like it, other furniture can be negotiated with the girl who is living here now to take over. Free laundry and car garage are available.
Roommates: All Stanford students, nice and quite
Availability: From August 1st. It prefers long-term stay, once confirmed, we will sign contract with the property manager together.
