My roommates and I are looking for someone to move into the fourth room of our beautiful Mission apartment.

The apartment is a recently-renovated 4 bed / 2 bath about a block from the 16th St. Mission BART stop. It has a nice kitchen with new appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, a shared outdoor space in the back that's great for entertaining, and a general feeling of warmth, joy, and tidy-ness that we've been refining over the last couple of years. The room in question is the master bedroom. It's the biggest in the apartment, gets lots of natural light and privacy, and has a large closet. It is dope.

You would be sharing the apartment with two girls and one other guy - all in our mid-twenties. I am a PhD student at Stanford, and the other two work in tech. The 2 ladies/2 gentlemen arrangement has worked really well for us up to this point, so ideally we'd like to find another guy to take the room.
