My friend and I, who are both former graduate students from Stanford, are looking for a roommate to occupy a
master bedroom in our 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house. You will pay $1400/month and if requested, can come with a twin-sized bed frame and mattress from IKEA. All utilities (garbage, water, PG&E, internet) will be around $70-80 a month. We live in Daly City, which is near San Francisco and has several shopping malls and grocery stores around the area. Although there are SamTrans bus stops nearby and a BART station that is 1.5 miles away, it is RECOMMENDED that you have a car. There is plenty of street parking nearby. Our place is ideal for someone working in Daly City, South SF, Brisbane, Burlingame, Millbrae, San Bruno, and San Mateo. Our house is also 40 minutes away from Stanford without traffic.

We're both high school teachers who are pretty chill and relaxed. We are not overly crazy about being clean, but are considerate of each other. We occasionally like to watch TV together (especially basketball) in the living room. We prefer rooming with a working professional or a graduate student who is considerate and friendly. We prefer someone who will sign a 1 year lease. An application, references, two pay stubs or employment contract will be required by my landlord. A $1300 security deposit will also be required. No pets and no couples. No smoking inside the house.
