Currents tenants are working in East Palo Alto and Stanford. They range from 22-25. One thing we really value is cleanliness and communication. So we ideally want a FEMALE roommate who is respectful of their privacy as well as public spaces.

A little bit more about the place:

1. Parking for your car (huge driveway)
2. Washer/dryer in garage
3. The place is located in East Palo Alto about 5 miles away from Stanford (15 min drive, possibly 25-30 minute bike)
4. Utilities won't be more than like 90 a person, assuming we are mindful of usage.
5. Shared kitchen - bakers are welcomed!
6. HUGE Backyard, in case you ever want to have a get-together
7. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet AND SAFE
8. Private Bathroom-recently renovated
9. Current lease ends in August 31st, 2019, but option to renew for longer term lease.

We are looking for a person to take this room with a private bath for $1380 (excluding utilities). We are looking for preferably another young woman with a stable job that can sign an lease from Jan 1. No couples, single occupancy and sadly, no pets.
