A large room is opening up in our gorgeous house in Los Altos Hills in July, 2015. The 8-bedroom house is filled with grad students and young working professionals, and we are looking for a couple (or a single occupant who likes their space) to join our group. Ideally, our new housemate(s) would stay until the end of our lease on Sept. 1, 2016 or would be willing to find their own replacement. The house is a ten-minute drive away from Stanford's campus.

We lovingly refer to the house as a mansion -- it includes a large, fully stocked kitchen, three spacious common area rooms, HD projector screen + television, large backyard, outdoor grill, and ample parking spaces. The bedroom comes furnished with a king bed and dresser, with its own bathroom and a giant walk-in closet. This room also comes with exclusive use of the spacious basement, which is fully finished, partially furnished, and has good natural light from several windows. It would be perfect for an entertaining space or a home office or studio.

The rent will be $3000 for the bedroom and the basement, and utilities come out to approximately $75/month. No more than two people may occupy these spaces. Pets are a possibility but must be approved by the landlord and housemates. Pictures and other information will be available on request. We will begin to invite individuals over to visit the house soon!
