It's a 2B/2Ba apartment, in Sunnyvale, Mary Ave and Central Expressway, 2nd floor, has balcony.

1. The location is very convenient, it's right across the Sunnyvale Apple Campus, super close to Google Campus and LinkedIn and lots other companies

4. I'm a female, working at a startup, and I'm looking for a roommate who's responsible, clean, and pay rent on time.

5. The master bedroom is $1400/month, my roommate and I share the electricity and water/garbage/sewer, and wifi, so there's additional utility fee each month (usually < $100 per person). Preferably if you can stay more than 6 months and long term.

6. I'm clean, I vacuum the apartment a lot and do my dishes everytime I use the kitchen, I pay rent on time. I keep quiet at night, and I don't bring ppl home either.
