A little bit about us:
I grew up locally in Cupertino, went to UC Davis for school, and currently working as product manager at a startup in SF. My girlfriend is a Stanford alum, currently is a kindergarten teacher in Palo Alto, and a part-time spin instructor (indoor cycling). Both of us are very social people but don’t really party. We’ll have an occasional bottle of wine at home or go out for drinks. Neither of us smoke or do any other drugs. We are both very active either athletically and in the community and events. I am very handy and have a lot of hobbies and projects.

Who we are looking for:
Let me start off with the non-negotiables. Must have a steady job and be able to pay rent on time EVERY time. You must be dog-friendly as there are tons of dogs in the neighborhood due to the dog park across the street, and I often dog-sit either of my siblings dogs.

We are generally very flexible on who we want in the house. Whether you’re a social person who wants to be involved in the house or tend to be much quieter and stick to your room, we’re open to it all. Dogs are welcome (dog will need to be screened), sorry not cats due to allergies. Couples are welcome, we have another room for rent so if you want a master bedroom plus another room as an office the option is there and we can discuss the pricing for both rooms together. Friends and overnight guests are welcome.

If you think you’d be a good fit for our house but $1800/month +utilities is out of your price range, we also have a smaller single bedroom available for rent for $1200/month + utilities. This single bedroom doesn’t have an attached bathroom, however no one else aside from house guests will be using the bathroom closest to the room. Therefore you pretty much have your own bathroom.
