My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to rent the master bedroom of our townhouse apartment. The price is $1250/month plus shared utilities. We are looking for a single occupant (because the landlord would prefer 3 people living in the house instead of 4). The room is practically two rooms, plus a huge walk-in closet, second closet, and your own bathroom. Essentially if you would like the space to have your own bedroom and also office area, plus lots of closet space, this would be a great fit.

The entire apartment is very spacious and well-maintained. We have a gas fireplace in the living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen, and a patio out back. We love living here! It's 5.5 miles from Stanford, in Redwood City, right on the Atherton border at El Camino.

We are looking for a roommate who is community-minded. We enjoy sharing meals, conversation or a drink now and then around the house. We might be interested in having a potluck or gathering now and then, inviting the friends of all three people. It's assumed that we will all be busy with our own lives, but we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment to come home to.

Our current roommates move out in mid-December, so looking for somebody to fill the room around then. January 1st move-in works, with possible earlier flexibility.
