Location: close to West MP downtown area, Starbucks, and Dutch Goose, 15min biking to Stanford campus, 18 mins to Palo Alto downtown.
Start date: January 1st
Lease term: 3 or more months, month to month after that.
House: House is fully furnished, 4bed/2bath, peaceful neighbourhood, no smoking
Parking: along the street; it is very plentiful!
Rent: $1400 per month + utilities. Additionally, one month's rent as a deposit is required.
Who you are: Clean and neat are most important! Other than that, we are looking for a roommate who is easy-going and friendly.
Misc: Shared kitchen, living room, high speed internet, washing machine, dryer, ...

You'll be sharing the house with 3 other people, all of which are in tech.
