The furnished master bedroom in our 2-bedroom apartment in downtown Palo Alto is becoming available from September 1st 2015.

The apartment complex is located 2 blocks from University Avenue, 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops, 7 minute walk to the Caltrain station, 10 minute cycle to Stanford, easy reach to the 101/280 highways. It is one of the few places in the Bay where you don't necessarily need a car. SF, Stanford, shops all within walking/public transport distance.

The apartment has been recently refurbished and comes furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, and state of the art appliances. There is a large dining/living area with comfortable sofas, dining table, and flat screen TV. There is a balcony with a grill and enough space to sit outside. The room is a very large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The apartment complex has a heated pool and common area and you will have access to a covered parking spot in the garage.

You will be living with a Stanford research associate who is a graduate of Oxford University. I am a pretty relaxed, sociable and active guy, relatively busy during the week but try to enjoy the weekends. I love playing and watching sports (mainly the commonwealth variety but warming to American ones!), watching the odd movie and generally chilling out.

The place is really nice to come home to after work to relax as well as being able to entertain guests for drinks or dinners. A warm, welcoming home with an amazing location. It might in particular be suitable for (but not restricted to) couples, Medical students, Law students or MBA’s with busy schedules but need a nice place to call home! The rate for couples will be $2700 and slightly less for singles.
