Apartment is located in East Palo Alto, but on west side of freeway 101.
$1,715 monthly rent, (originally I posted this listing at $1,700, I was mistaken, sorry for any inconvenience)
Utilities and internet/wifi typically $80mo
1 year lease preferred, but can probably do 6mo.
Move in cost is first months rent, plus deposit (one month rent) totaling $3,430 - if you have cat(s) there is an additional $1,000 on your deposit - all will be payable to the home owner before move in.
2 story unit, shared living room, kitchen, small dining area, small bathroom, washer / dryer are on first floor. The couches belong to the home owner, there will be space for a tv etc if you need.
Both bedrooms are on second floor, also full size bathroom with tub/shower. There is an attic and various storage areas, however lots of attic and other closets have some of the home owner's belongings, but there is space for some things if you need storage space.
The Bedrooms are across a hall from one another. The full bathroom is next door to your room. The room I rent, has a small shower/toilet attached in room, so the full size bathroom is essentially yours, I've lived here a year and never used it.
The room comes furnished with queen sized bed, desk and small sofa.
In these pics, the living room is showing lots of boxes that the current housemate will be keeping there while he moves out.
The building has gated parking, there is a bike rack there too.
I plan on getting a cat soon. If you have cat(s) that should be fine, I’m not %100 on if I’ll get one.
