I am looking for a female person to take over my 1-bedroom in 2-bedroom apartment located in Menlo Park. You will be living with another female roommate, occupying the other room, in her mid 20s working full-time at Stanford Univ.

This place is on the 2nd floor of the 2-story apartment building.
Move-in date: 9/1
Preferably long-term stay
Security deposit: $250
Rent: $1562 / month
Utilities: ALL utilities (including wifi, pg&e) will be around ~$100 or so for each of you and the other roommate.
Coined laundry in building
Free 1 parking spot assigned to our unit (if you have a car)

This place is in a wonderful location! Menlo Park caltrain station is in a 5-7 minutes walking distance, and if you work/study at Stanford, there is a free shuttle that runs between right next to the caltrain station and Stanford campus. Lots and lots of restaurants, Safeway, Trader Joe's, Seven Eleven etc within ~10-15 minutes walking distance.
