Master bedroom and private bathroom available in 14th floor apartment in downtown San Jose. The room is available starting Sept 1, but can likely make it available a bit earlier if necessary.

Apartment includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, refridgerator, stove/oven, all the essentials. There's a balcony which looks into the valley. It also includes a tandem parking spot and street parking is actually easy to find. The building also includes a small gym.

The building is 1 block from San Pedro Square and is easily walkable to tons of great restaurants and bars. Also, walkable (~20m) or easily bikeable to the Caltrain station and just 3 blocks to a VTA light rail stop. I've lived here for a year and love it, and am looking for a new roommate so that I am able to stay here.

Water and garbage are included in the rent.

I am a 32yo male. I finished a master's at Stanford 2 years ago and am working in the area now. I like to be social and go out for drinks or food or to sporting events every once in a while. Looking for a roommate who is also social, but also generally responsible, clean, and quiet (you don't need to be that quiet, just don't play drums or anything like that).
