This beautiful house is located on a 1.5 acre lot at the border of Palo Alto/Los Altos and takes 15 minutes to drive to any part of the Stanford campus. The neighborhood is very private and quiet, perfect for someone who enjoys running in the morning and just wants to be away from the busy Silicon Valley area.

The price includes utilities. There will be NO DEPOSIT or additional expenses - as a house organizer, I generally try to get things, including decor (in dire need of someone who would love to go thrifting for vintage picture frames and lights), and anything for common use to make it feel like an actual home.
