Hello hello! We are looking for a roommate to join us in the Master Bedroom (w/private bathroom & walk-in closet) in our 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhouse in Redwood City starting February 15th.

About the House/Room:

A 1.5 year old three story townhouse on the water of the Bair Island Marina in Redwood City. The house is complete with hardwood floors throughout, top of the line appliances, and, plenty of windows to let in lots of light. The first floor and third floor have bedrooms, the second is a shared floor. The shared floor has a large living area as well as a huge kitchen with granite countertops and a stainless steel stove-top range. The house is furnished, but the open room will not be (unless requested we might be able to work something out).

•Balcony overlooking the water

Your room will be on the third floor and it has a large walk-in closet, double sinks, a tub and shower (separate) wood floors in the room and closet and tile in the bathroom.

About Us:

We are a group of friendly young professionals all in our late 20s. All of us are employed and work hard, but we also love to have fun. Our roommate dynamic is great and hangouts are common, but we also like to do things individually, which strikes a nice balance.
