I am moving out of an AMAZING apartment in Noe Valley to be closer to work in Mountain View. The location, apartment, and roommates (3 young professionals -- all female) are really outstanding. Literally wish I could pick them up and move them with me. Currently looking for a great roommate to replace me.

The Room: Master bedroom (12’x15’) with a large closet, private fireplace, and big windows. Single occupancy, unfurnished (unless you are interested in a black leather couch --- <3 months old; ikea)
The Rent: $1495/mo + shared utilities
Available starting Monday, 8/4!

The Roommates: Three female 24-year old Stanford grads looking for a fourth roommate. Noe Valley, not too far from the Castro and Mission. The three of them work at a start-up, management consulting firm, and Stanford research institute. We enjoy spending time together and have frequent cooking/TV sessions.

Future Roommate: We’re looking for someone who is clean and considerate, especially in the common spaces. Extra credit if you want to be friends with your roommates (they do too!).

Our landlord will be a part of the approval process and will independently verify whomever we bring on.
