There is a master bedroom for rent in my San Francisco apartment. The whole apartment is 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths and located in the Inner Richmond. Rent is $1050 for one person or $1200 for two people.

If you're interested, hopefully you are: Clean and considerate. Fun, but don't bring the party home. Non-smoker, without pets. (We love dogs, but they aren't allowed.)

About the roommates:

M: 28 year old male. Stanford Master's graduate (Class of 2011), and currently working downtown for a solar power company. Outside of work, I spend my weekends mountain biking and rock climbing. I also check out SF's amazing music/restaurant/bar scene from time to time.

P: 21 year old male. Stanford Civil Engineering Senior, and interning for the SF Public Utilities Commission. I spend my free time designing sustainable housing for the Solar Decathlon team and ride my bike as often as I can.

About the room: It’s the master bedroom with a private bathroom. It’s huge (~20’ x 15’), has two large closets, and sunny views of the backyard. The rent is$1050/month with a deposit of $1200.

About the apartment: The apartment is on the top floor of a two apartment building. We have an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a proper living room with 46" tv for movie nights, and a dining room that's currently used for storing camping gear and other sports equipment. In addition to the apartment there is space for storing bikes in the garage.

Last, but not least, the apartment is in a great location:

• Walking distance to great restaurants and fun bars on Clement Street
• Walking distance to Golden Gate Park, the Rose Garden, De Young museum, and Academy of Sciences
• A bus stop on our corner and express public transit for getting downtown
• One block from Park Presidio for a quick drive down 280 for getting to Stanford!

(Geary and 12th Avenue are the cross streets)
