We are looking to rent out a furnished master bedroom in Sunnyvale for 1-2 people. The apartment is located halfway between Downtown Mountain View and Downtown Sunnyvale, and near both CalTrain stations. It is a 20 minute drive from Stanford University, and a 15 minute drive from San Jose. We are also very close to several major tech companies including Google, Apple, Linked In, NASA, Facebook, etc. We are also located near many Indian restaurants and various grocery stores such as Safeway, 99 Ranch, La Plaza, Target, etc. The lease is month-to-month, and the room will be available on June 30.

You will have your own private bedroom and private restroom. The apartment itself has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. You will be living with four other housemates, all of whom are males in their 20's and are Stanford alumni or current students. Two of us are sharing one of the rooms, and one of us sleeps in the living room. The living room is available as a common space during the day, but we ask that you respect the fact that some one sleeps there every night.

The apartment comes with on-site paid laundry, a fitness room, and a swimming pool which is currently under construction. You will have full kitchen access. There are two parking spaces reserved for the apartment, and free street parking is readily available.

About your housemates: As mentioned, we are all Stanford-affiliated men in our 20's. We all speak Spanish. We all enjoy listening to music, watching movies, and hanging out.
