The house is fully furnished with a great back yard for hosting and located off California Ave, just south of El Camino, close to restaurants, Wells Fargo, campus. Around a 5 minute bike ride to Stanford, a 10 minute walk. Ample parking, storage space. Walking distance to California Ave Caltrain stop.

You'd be joining three social and responsible/hardworking people: Econ PhD graduate, Stanford undergrad, and Stanford Stem Cell researcher. Available August 1 to September 1 (with some flexibility in dates).

Utilities, cable, internet, shared house costs, etc, should be less than $100 for the month. The room is big enough to split if you want to bring in another person, with extra share of the utilities.
