Currently looking for someone who enjoys living with others for the open bedroom of our 2000 sq ft. 4 bed 3 bath house in the heart of Palo Alto.

The house was recently remodeled with hardwood floors throughout. Fully furnished living room, kitchen, washer dryer, and a home gym set up in the garage. Large back patio and fruit trees all around the property.

15 minute walk to the California Ave Caltrain Station and a 10 minute walk to the businesses on Middlefield Rd (coffee shops, Safeway, Walgreens, etc) and 10 minutes walk from a nearby park.

Johnny ~ male (23 y/o) enviro. econ. stanford research assistant, enjoys jazz, mountain biking, & card games.

Tina ~ 25f research analyst at Doerr; loves being outside, hiking cycling and pretty much anything active. Loves to cook and a friendly chat (:

James and Chey ~ A couple in their early 30s. They enjoy exploring the bay area, hiking, cycling, and playing board games.

We're hoping for someone friendly and conscientious. We have small, friendly, well-trained dog, so comfort with animals is a must.
