The apartment is close to Stanford University, Stanford Mall, two blocks from Safeway, CVS and Bevmo. It is a 10 min leisurely bike ride to Stanford Hospital and Clinics.

You will be renting the master bedroom with private bathroom. Rent is 1740. Monthly utilities, including Internet add up to approximately 100 per person. The complex has a pool, grilling area, covered parking, laundry on site, extra storage in the parking area. The apartment also has a dishwasher.

Your roommate is a female Stanford Doctor, usually not in the place Friday through Sunday. There is no furniture in the apartment so if you have any there is plenty of room for it in the living and dining room.
