We have the master bedroom with it's own private bathroom opening up in late January, 2018, in a townhouse in The Crossings, a neighborhood in Mountain View.

House location is ideal and is in a very safe neighborhood. Almost everything you could want is walking distance.

• less than 2 minutes walking from the San Antonio Caltrain Station.
• less then 3 minutes walking from the San Antonio Shopping Center (24 Hour Fitness, Safeway, Target, Walmart, CVS, Trader Joe's, Walgreens... and many other restaurants and places in the shopping center).
• less than 3 minutes walking from a Stanford Margeurite shuttle "SE" stop
• very easy access to public transportation
• plenty of parking spaces in the neighborhood (you will have to use street parking - this is the only disadvantage)
• washer and dryer in the house
• 2 miles from Google and downtown Mountain View
• 4 miles from downtown Palo Alto, Stanford

Plus you get to live with two awesome old guys in their late 20s!

We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. The room was formally occupied by a close friend who is moving closer to his job in SF, so finding a good fit is very important to us. We enjoy spending time together and hope you will contribute to a fun, friendly environment! Please be mindful of keeping common areas clean and overnight guests to a respectable level. Bonus points for Stanford or SCU alums.

Rent is $1500/month plus utilities (which usually come up to $80-90/person on average).
Move-in conditions: sign the lease from move-in date until May 31, 2018 and pay $1000 deposit plus 1st month rent. We are planning to renew our lease then from May 31, 2018, until May 31, 2019, so you are welcome to renew with us!
Pets are not allowed (landlord policy).
