The master bedroom in our apartment is opening on November 1st. It has a private bathroom with shower, large windows, and lots of closet space. It will be unfurnished.

The apartment has a large living room with shared kitchen and dishwasher. The balcony looks out onto the pool. Great sunlight in the morning and afternoon. Washing machines and dryers are located in the building. There is also a secure bike room.

The other two rooms, where we live, are in a separate wing of the apartment down a hallway with its own bathroom.

We are two people in our twenties working at Stanford. While we are often busy with our own lives and respect each other’s space, we also like to hang out around the apartment.

We are looking for a clean, respectful, friendly young professional who can commit to at least 1 year.

The location is near the intersection of El Camino Real and Ventura Avenue in Palo Alto. It is a convenient bike ride to Stanford Campus, California Avenue, or downtown Palo Alto along Park Blvd.
