I'm a 28 yo M Stanford Med Student and have just signed a lease to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a great kitchen and common space with gas fireplace, near the corner of Lytton and Emerson. This apartment is in the heart of downtown Palo Alto making it easy to walk downstairs and stop by a coffee shop, and it's just feet from the caltrain station. I am renting the master bedroom which has its own private bathroom replete with a clawfoot tub. The apartment has plenty of space, and a quality character with hardwood floors throughout, and a lovely gas stove kitchen. Lots of light, and there is storage space in the basement and a finished garage space which could double as an office. Also a relaxing back yard to share with the neighbors.

I just signed the lease to move in and am now looking for a housemate. Move-in date is as soon as possible.

About me: 28 yo med student, relaxed but keep things clean and well-cared for. Right now the apartment is bare, but I'm looking forward to filling it with some love and turning it into a home. For fun I like to cycle up in the mountains, or have a few friends over for dinner. My girlfriend is great and is around the house from time to time.
