Apartment: This is a large apartment with plenty of storage. Appliances are fairly updated with spacious kitchen. Stackable washer and dryer in unit. Wood/tile in common areas and bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms. Assigned parking space under the building. Large balcony/patio attached to living room with shared use of larger patio and grill behind unit. Small building with about 8 units.

Room: See photos. Master suite with large closet. Ensuite bathroom with large sink and shower.

Furnishings: unfurnished bedroom. Common spaces are furnished with table and couch but these can be moved if you want to bring your own couch/table.

Location: Conveniently situated at El Camino and Arastradero. Close to campus and shopping. 25 min bike to hospital, a bit shorter to undergrad campus.

Roommate: 30 yo female surgical resident/postdoc from Stanford. Works a lot, travels fairly often = frequently not home. When home, enjoys a clean, quite environment to cook, rest and catch up on reading/work/Netflix. Likes to keep common space sparkling clean (no dishes in sink, no clutter, vacuum when needed). Quiet. Hobbies include travel, food, shopping.
