Hi everyone - I am looking for a female roommate for the master bedroom in my 2B2B Luxury apartment in a prime location in Mountain View.
Rent: $3,300 + utilities (price for master bedroom only and 1 year lease).
-Move in: December 2026
-unfurnished but simple bed frame available
-ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet
The apartment complex is called The Village Residences.
-our apartment faces a well-kept courtyard with trees, a pool, and an upscale barbeque area. It's cozy and gives a sense of community.
-we're on the 4th floor and face north so we receive gentle natural light without it becoming too hot.
-super convenient - the apartment complex is located in a plaza with restaurants and grocery. It's a 2 min walk to Trader Joe's and Safeway. 10-15 min walk to Walmart and Target.
-10 min walk to Caltrain.
-Living room is furnished, in unit laundry
-wood floors, relatively new appliances
-amenities: gym, pool, yoga studio, conference room, gated garage.
I live in the room on the other side of the apartment. I have loved living here. It's safe, quiet and we have the best view. I am looking for someone quiet and clean who also wants our home to be a peaceful sanctuary.
