My roommate is moving out of our townhouse this summer and I'm looking for someone to fill his spot and join in on a new one year lease! Here are the details:

Location: Downtown North -- 10 min bike ride to Stanford, 10 min walk to caltrain, 5 min walk to university ave. Bonus perks include a park across the street with lots of dogs.

The Room: Large master suite with private full bathroom on the second floor. Downstairs we have a nice common space, dining area and kitchen with modern, fully functional appliances.

The Terms: $1850/month for the room, including a covered parking space. Starting date flexible between July 1 and August 1 for a new 12-month lease. Utilities typically run $40-50 per person per month.

The Building: 10 unit building with private parking lot, on-site laundry and a pool! Managed by an awesome guy who gave us Flemming's gift cards upon move-in and champagne for the holidays.

I'm a pretty easy-going housemate--if you are too, we'll probably get along.
