Renting out the master suite in a 3-bedroom apartment at <a href="http://prometheusreg.com/san-francisco-properties/parker-palo-alto">Parker Palo Alto</a>. Move in can be flexible, but between April 15 and May 15 is preferred. Our roommate who’ll be moving out will be happy to figure out a convenient timing for exchanging the space.

As you can see in the floor plan, the apartment itself is pretty big. It includes a full service kitchen and in-house washer and dryer. We already have kitchen and living room furniture, but we’d be happy to talk about changing things up if you don’t like what we have. We're about a 12 minute drive from Stanford Campus and across the street from Greer Park. The complex itself has multiple gyms and pools.

Your roommates (a dating couple) would be a Stanford '15 and a Stanford '11 (now Googler) who like Netflix, cooking, and sports (volleyball, soccer, racquetball, etc). We are generally pretty quiet and have company on occasion, mostly former or current Stanford students.
