Masters student seeking studio/1BR

Hi! I'm a master's student looking for a studio or 1BR within biking distance of Stanford.
Ideally I'd move in August and stay through December, but may be flexible to extend longer. I would prefer a dog-friendly spot because I'm hoping to get a dog in that timeframe, but not necessarily a dealbreaker. I have a car but am okay street parking it.Strong preference for in-building laundy. Open to furnished or unfurnihsed. Not a smoker, won't host parties, will be clean and respectful.
