Looking for an awesome housemate. Our place is fully furnished and it is in Santa Clara, 3 bed,2.5 bath, quite spacious.

It is a few blocks away from nVidia! Perfect for Waterloo Co-ops at nVidia.

The master bedroom is available for rent. it has its own private bathroom and two sinks. it is fully furnished. We get our place cleaned every other week. the room is furnished with a Cal king bed and tempurpedic mattress (the mattress alone is $3000!) wardrobe with pant hanger, shoe racks,
shelves, desk and chair. The rent is $1400 plus $150 for utilities and the cleaning cost.

we have in-unit laundry and attached gated garage.

You don't need to worry about toilet pater, paper towel, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, or any other cleaning supplies as they are already available in the house.

you are more than welcome to use all the kitchenware (plates, pans, knives, forks, etc) but please wash after yourself right away and put them back.

We are young professionals, PhD student working at Intel and the other working at Google. We are pet-free, non-smoker, don't do drugs, pretty chill / laid back. we are quiet but outgoing and very friendly. we don't usually cook during the week and only cook maybe every other weekend or so. We sometimes go for a hike over the weekend or biking across golden gate.
