We're looking for someone to takeover a lease. There's one bedroom [12X12] available for $1400 and potentially a room share for $700 depending on interest. Apartment is about 10 minutes from campus and located in a quiet neighborhood. Idea for studying. Also comes with one parking space. Currently using airbnb to fill space, but we're interested in finding someone Stanford affiliated for the school year. There's pictures on the airbnb link below.
