not including utilities, which the landlords pay 15% (therefore the less than sign)

Lease: starts June 30th but can be flexible

Larger Room: good sized with two windows for good lighting and attached half bath
with sink/toilet. Full sized bath next door is shared with one other
roommate. Only room on the first floor.

Smaller Room: upstairs with enough room for a full size bed, large book shelf, large desk and plenty of closet space. There is roof access from this room as well. Full bath is shared with other roommate on first flow.
