The apartment is 2 BR/ 1 Bath. Pictures attached show the state of the living room (which won't change) and of the single (which will be emptied).
Great location near Caltrain, Safeway, Stanford campus and Santa Cruz Ave. And by great location, I mean great...walk down our street and you'll notice the houses turn into mansions.
Downside: we live by a railroad crossing - depending on who you are this may be a dealbreaker or just a minor detail.
My roommate and I are in a double in the second room. He's a designer at Google, and I'm wrapping up an internship at a satellite company before I start design school in a couple of weeks. We're looking for a male who can move in later this month/beginning of September and is either graduating or working in the area.
If you're not planning on staying at least 9 months, still hit me up, but the rent will be higher ($1450 - $1600) to offset the shortened duration of stay - one practical reason is bec. it allows my roommate and I to weather the slow moving months until June rolls around again.
